Very good value for money huge box with masses of parts. Just need the main unit really so a lot will never be used, to keep it all you need a lot of cupboard space. However, this was the only one to offer a large bowl and more powerful motor at a reasonable price. Just got it so only used it once, bowl looks a bit fragile/brittle, (our last one broke when dropped). Took some time to pursuade the safety micro switch to allow the motor to run, hopefully that won’t be an ongoing problem. Based on spec, price and what I’ve seen so far, this is way out ahead of others on the market…..

This item is highly recommended as being easy to assemble and to use, versatile, easy to clean and having a huge selection of attachments and additions, and all at a reasonable price. The only possible drawback might be the need for quite a large cupboard in which to store everything – mine has to live on top of a kitchen cupboard as I haven’t got room to stash it all away. However, if that’s the price you have to pay for a gadget of great versatility I really don’t mind and I’m extremely pleased with it as it makes my life a lot easier and speeds up all kinds of food preparation!

I have had this food processor for a month. I’ve not used it heavily, but I’ve made white and brown batches of bread from the included recipes. They worked well, using the dough blade. Normally I bake bread by hand, so I am comparing it with that. Note that the FP730 only mixes the ingredients for you the first time, it won’t knead for you. It’s not a bread machine. I’ve also been pleased with the Mill, for grinding nuts, the chipper disk, for making coarse cut onion for onion soup, and the fine grater for carrot. So nice to have sharp blades after more than 20 years use from a different food processor.

We use this regularly with the standard blade to make hummus and other dips and it’s great. Easy to clean and a good size (unlike some). There are still many attachments that we’ve never used but those we have used have all done the job perfectly.

I bought my Multi pro nearly 2 years ago now to replace a cheaper, Russle Hobbs machine that was not up to the job. I must say that I have been very impressed with it. I was unable to afford a Kenwood Chef and so opted for the Multi Pro instead now I use this regularly, it’s not just something that sits at the back of the cupboard gathering dust. I probably use on average every other day and I have certainly put it through it’s paces, It’s fair to say that it has almost been abused but it still carries on strong. In fact the only thing that has started to go is the blender is starting to crack but this is probably due to pouring boiling soup in it on a regular basis. To be honest, for the money It’s excellent value and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else who wants a Chef, but just can’t afford it.
